Most Jacksonville calls start the same way: someone bought a wooded parcel and needs room to build. Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River keep families moving into Onslow County, and plenty of them want acreage. Half Moon, Piney Green, Pumpkin Center, and the Gum Branch side still hold pine ground nobody has opened up. We clear those parcels down to workable dirt, then haul off whatever comes out of the way.
