These are the questions southeastern NC landowners ask us most: what
we handle, clearing versus mulching, what things cost, and when to
schedule. Don't see yours? Call and ask the owner directly.
We're based in Burgaw and work all four surrounding counties: Pender, New Hanover, Onslow and Columbus. That covers Rocky Point, Hampstead, Surf City, Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, Wilmington, Jacksonville, Swansboro and out to Whiteville. If your property sits in that stretch of southeastern North Carolina, call and the answer is usually yes.
What services do you offer?
If it's dirt, brush or something that needs to come down, it's probably our work: land clearing, excavation, grading and dirt work, residential demolition, stump grinding, bush hogging and brush mowing, forestry mulching, and pond construction. The same machines handle the whole run, from overgrown lot to build-ready ground.
Who shows up when I hire you?
The owner. Coastal Brush Mowing is owner operated, so the person you talk to on the phone is the one running the excavator on your property. You explain the job once, the estimate comes from the person doing the work, and nothing gets lost between a salesman and a crew.
How much does land clearing cost?
It depends on the acreage, how thick the growth is, ground conditions, and what happens to the debris. Light brush runs far less per acre than wooded ground. The estimate is free and comes from looking at the property, so you get a real number. Our blog has cost guides with honest market ranges.
What happens to the trees and debris?
Your call, priced into the estimate up front. Debris can be piled on site, or loaded in the dump truck and hauled off when piling isn't an option. Either way it ends up staged and handled, and the property gets left clean.
How soon can you look at my property?
Usually within days. Call (910) 512-9578, tell us where the land sits and what you're after, and we'll set a time to come see it. Photos help too. Estimates are free, and weather sets the schedule more than anything else this close to the coast.
